We have a service base for inspection and diagnostics and take on in and out of warranty servicing. Many customers choose a service contract with regular upkeep.

Which pump brands do you service?
Every brand we supply: Grundfos, HyDrop, Ebitt and Caprari. We have genuine parts and trained technicians for each.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault. When the parts are in stock, most repairs take 1 to 3 working days. In an emergency we respond as fast as we can.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes. A contract covers periodic upkeep and inspection, which extend the system's life and prevent breakdowns.
Do you come on site?
Yes. We repair both at our service base and on site, depending on the fault.
What does the warranty cover?
The repair work and the parts fitted. The term depends on the type of repair, and warranty service is free.
Do you keep spare parts in stock?
Yes, the most common parts are in stock. Specific components are delivered at short notice.
